| Medical Officer | MBBS from a MCI recognized institute with lyear compulsory internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical council. |
| Laboratory Technician | Higher Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board/ institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by West Bengal state medical Faculty/ AICTE. |
| Community Health Assistant (Female) | ANM course from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and be registered with West Bengal Nursing council. Proficiency in Bengali. Applicant must be a permanent resident of Malda district. |
| Staff Nurse | Higher secondary (10+2) from a recognized board/ institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by West Bengal state medical Faculty/ AICTE. |
| Pharmacist | The candidate should have two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) (Allopathic) recognized by the Government of West Bengal and registered as “A” category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council. |
